The Community Alliance Banking Program The Community Alliance Banking Program rewards the Friends of the North Arlington Library when its members and supporters bank at Boiling Springs Savings Bank (BSSB). Just stop into BSSB and say you want to designate your new or existing account as a “Friends of the North Arlington Library Donor Account.” All information about you and your account is strictly confidential and will not be shared with the Friends of the North Arlington Library.
