Proposals Requested for Electrician and Plumbing Services
The Borough of North Arlington is requesting proposals for certain plumbing and electrical work which may be required during the 2010 fiscal year. If interested, please forward the following information to the Borough Administrator no later than March 3, 2010.
1. Company name and executive summary
2. Non-Collusion affidavit
3. Disclosure of Ownership Form
4. Proof of Insurance Coverage
5. Mandatory Equal Employment Opportunity Notice
6. Business Registration Certificate
7. Proposal including hourly rates and costs for all relevant work you may be called upon in the field of endeavor
In preparing your proposal, please note the following: The Borough desires to have an electrician and a plumber who may be called upon for services which may either be scheduled or may be on an emergency basis. Any rates for emergency work must also be included in the proposal.
The Governing Body will review proposal based on cost, knowledge in your respective field, knowledge of the Borough of North Arlington and any other value which the Borough feels is in the best interests of the taxpayers of the Borough of North Arlington.
